Cunnington Clark Joins QODA

We are pleased to announce that Cunnington Clark has recently joined QODA Consulting. The team will become QODA’s new Peterborough office. QODA are a design engineering consultancy offering MEP and sustainable design solutions. They have offices in London, Norwich, Oxfordshire, and Bristol. The QODA team has grown substantially to include expertise in all the key areas of building services, but still retains the principles and energy of a start-up. That means always being able to offer clients a hands-on service at a senior level.

The integration of the Cunnington Clark team into QODA will offer our design teams and clients additional technical expertise and extensive experience. The team will work alongside Matt Sealby and the London and Norwich QODA offices, strengthening our offering in the Eastern region. The Peterborough office will continue to be led by James Parrott - Associate Director, with support from David Clark - Managing Director, and David White - Regional Director.

The team’s expertise can still be accessed via Cunnington Clark’s previous contact details, and the Cunnington Clark team will continue with all current contracts and projects.

A big thank you to all our clients over the years. We have enjoyed working with you and look forward to continuing these relationships as we move forward.

David Clark, Managing Director of Cunnington Clark added:

“QODA are a natural partner for Cunnington Clark and joining forces presents significant opportunities for our team to develop and grow.”

Nick Carter from QODA commented:

“We have worked closely with David and his team on a number of projects, and they are a great fit for QODA. We are committed to delivering a high-quality and personal service for our clients and Cunnington Clark share this objective.”

Our approach is always focused on openness and honesty.

We have worked on office and commercial, science and research, education, including university and schools, residential and industrial projects. We look to use our experience in working with contractors to Stage 5 to ensure our Stage 3 and Stage 4 designs reflect enhanced practical solutions which achieve full co-ordination to minimise design risks.

The most important factor in our design approach is making sure that the building satisfies the Client’s requirements and those of the end users. Throughout the entire process, we will focus on the importance of open, clear and effective communication. We can provide a reflected brief to ensure client changes are clearly captured.

We look at every project individually and pay close attention to what the client’s aims are. We work in a collaborative way to ensure all aspects of a building’s design are completed.

The key aspects in our design approach include excellent design quality, innovation, consistency and providing added value.

We also use the knowledge and experience of a number of specialist suppliers and sub-contractors where required in developing design solutions.
