DETAILED DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES.
New Parc development featuring:
accommodation in 625 woodland lodges and hotel.
leisure facilities including sub-tropical swimming pool, extensive indoor and outdoor sports facilities
‘Aqua Sana’ spa including sauna experiences, indoor/outdoor infinity pool, treatment rooms
Services included:
Performance design for all lodges, plaza restaurant and shops, and sub-tropical swimming pool buildings
Detailed energy and thermal modelling
Detailed design of all infrastructure and central energy centre
Site management of MEP installations.
Energy centre with biomass and CHP
Central heating distribution network to all Centre buildings and lodges
Feature lighting design
BEMS and energy management systems
We have also worked on all other Center Parcs sites providing design on major rebuilds and refurbishments
Kensington Leisure Centre
DETAILED DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL SERVICES.
New build 3 Storey Leisure Centre including 25 metre pool with 250 - seat spectator gallery, 20 metre teaching pool with mobile floor. eight court multi-use hall, squash courts, reception and café area, fitness studios and sauna / steam facilities.
Services include:
Full building energy and carbon analysis and life cycle analysis of selected M&E systems.
Gas fired CHP and PV array.
LED lighting and feature lighting design.
Heat reclaim systems.
Variable flow heating and cooling distribution.
The building achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
