New build, assisted living facility made up of 58 flats, 8 wheelchair adaptable units and linked to a 20 flat shared ownership development.

CCTV/Access control, Emergency lighting, Fire detection and alarm  Earthing and bonding, External lighting General lighting, General low voltage power, Heat recovery, Incoming water, gas, electric and communications services, Low temperature hot water heating, Low voltage distribution, Lightning protection, Natural gas, Security detection and alarm, Telecommunications and Data Transmission, Ventilation, PV installation, Sprinkler installation,

Smoke ventilation. 

We are carrying out Revit 3D design to provide detailed co-ordination of services with architectural and structural elements. A detailed thermal model has been produced that shows compliance with planning regulations, approved document L2A and demonstrates TM52 & TM59 overheating criteria compliance.
